Helping Children Feel Calm, Confident & Capable
Mindful Tutoring Sessions
Ideal for children aged 7–11 (Key Stage 2), especially those with specific learning difficulties such as ASC, Dyslexia, ADHD, or anxiety.
Each session combines focused learning time with simple strategies to calm the mind and build focus—like breathing, stretching, or guided movement.
What’s included:
Personalised maths and/or English support
Gentle mindfulness and grounding techniques
Creative tools to help memory and confidence
Optional yoga-inspired breaks to reset attention
Transition & SATs Support
For Year 6 children preparing for big changes. Learning doesn’t have to be stressful—it can be calm, joyful and deeply supportive.
Mindful SATs and secondary transition support includes:
Focused test strategies (without stress!)
Personalised maths and/or English support
Confidence-boosting and calming practices
Whatever your child needs to help them get through this stage as smoothly as possible
